What you should know about online purchasing:

• Security: All personal and credit information is transmitted to us in a highly encrypted (128 bit SSL) format which would take several hundred computer years to decrypt.

• Ordering Online:As you browse our product pages, simply click on the link "Add to Cart". When you are done shopping, you may review the items in your shopping cart, make any changes, and complete the ordering process using our "secure" or "unsecure" order form. (The unsecure form is intended for older browsers that do not support the secure protocol HTTPS.) Your purchase will be billed to your Visa or Mastercard and will show up on your statement as Great Western Saw.

• Ordering by Fax or Mail: If you are uncomfortable purchasing over the Internet, you will find an "Online Credit Card Information Form" by clicking "secure" or "unsecure" on the check-out page. Your shopping cart items will appear on the form. Simply print, fill in, then fax or mail the form to us.

• Ordering by Phone: If you prefer to order by phone, call us at 1-866-652-6858.

• Confirmation: We will confirm your order via email within 1 - 2 business days. If you wish to change your order after confirmation, please send us an email or call 1-866-652-6858 and we will do our best to accommodate you.

• Shipping, insurance, duty, taxes: Shipping charges and insurance (if requested) are extra. (For details, see shipping rate information under the secure or unsecure forms.) For International and U.S. orders, shipping charges do not include any taxes or duties assessed at point of entry. International and U.S. orders are processed in Canadian funds.

• Upgrade your browser: If you own a Netscape 3.0 or IE 3.0 browser, you may be falsely warned that our Thawte certificate has expired. All sites using Thawte digital certificates will produce this false warning. To avoid this problem now and in the future, you can 1) upgrade to a newer version of Netscape or Internet Explorer, or 2) go to Thawte Consulting and follow the instructions for upgrading your browser to handle the Thawte certificate. This upgrade takes about 2 minutes to complete.
